who I Am and how i can help you

I’m michelle shahbazyan, your life coach and strategist. I help high-achieving singles and couples break old patterns, master their mindset, and create relationships that transform every area of life—for generations to come.

With two Master’s degrees—one in Psychology and another in Building Construction and Facility Management—and over 15 years of experience, I bring a practical, results-driven approach to coaching. Trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I focus on action, transformation, and real-world results.

I’ve guided thousands of clients worldwide—from executives to couples—to gain clarity, confidence, and fulfillment in love, life, and career. I specialize in overcoming anxiety, ADHD, heartbreak, grief, career crossroads, and the invisible patterns that hold you back. Using insights from neuroscience, behavioral biology, psychology, and anthropology, I give strategies that are both smart and immediately actionable.

When you work with me, it’s interactive, transformative, and tailored to your life. You’ll leave each session with a clear plan, actionable steps, and the confidence to make real change happen. I speak English, Farsi, and Armenian.

If you’re ready to stop settling, start strategizing, and win at love and life, I’m here to guide you. Let’s build the extraordinary life and relationships you deserve—starting today.

My Mission

I’m on a mission to revolutionize the way people approach life and love. I help couples break destructive patterns, build deep connection, and create relationships that are healthy, functional, and built to last. This isn’t just about making two people happy—it’s about generating ripple effects of peace, clarity, and fulfillment that touch everyone in their lives. My goal is to make intentional, transformative love the new standard, so thriving relationships become the foundation for families, communities, and generations to come.

My story so far

Born in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles in 1982, when it was still a badass place to live. Married, mom of two, and have lived in four U.S. states to date. Currently in Arizona for anyone who’s curious. I’ve explored over a dozen countries—learning, connecting, and growing along the way. I speak English, Farsi, and Armenian, and I use every connection to create meaningful impact.

I give back fiercely. I’ve donated 12 inches of my hair to Locks of Love, twice. Before I had kids and understood what it meant to be busy, I used to love volunteering with Tree People because I like someone making sure what I plant will actually grow, not because I think we should get rid of really fast amazing gas powered cars. (See my instagram page to check out what I do on weekends.) Yoga has been my anchor for 25+ years, sharpening focus, discipline, and presence—the same tools I bring to my clients.

Since 2010, I’ve helped high-achievers, executives, and couples crush old patterns, gain clarity, and build extraordinary love and lives that leave a ripple effect. I move fast, think sharp, and demand real results—from myself and my clients. I don’t just help people find clarity—I help them rewrite the rules of their love life. Coffee in hand, chaos in check, and always ready for the next breakthrough. Let’s cut through the noise and create the love life you deserve.

Stop waiting. Start winning. Own your life.

In your first session, you’ll get clarity, actionable strategies, and a roadmap to start transforming your life—no guesswork, no wasted time.

Book your complimentary 15-minute consultation or your first intensive session today.
