I help high-achieving singles and couples break old patterns and master their mindset. Together, we will build deeply fulfilling relationships. This beautiful shift won't just change your life today—it will positively impact your family for generations to come.

My approach is practical, gentle, and results-driven. I hold two Master’s degrees—one in Psychology and another in Construction Management. Trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring over 15 years of experience to our sessions. I love focusing on real-world action and true transformation.

Over the years, I’ve guided thousands of clients worldwide. I work with executives, couples, and individuals looking for more clarity and joy. If you are navigating anxiety, ADHD, heartbreak, grief, or a career crossroads, you don’t have to do it alone. We will uncover the hidden patterns holding you back. To do this, I blend insights from neuroscience, psychology, and anthropology into simple, actionable steps.

When we work together, it is a warm, interactive partnership tailored just for you. You will leave every session with a clear plan and the confidence to take your next step.

I am proud to support clients in English, Farsi, and Armenian. Let's create the meaningful change you deserve. If you’re ready to stop settling and start strategizing, to win at love and life, I’m here to guide you. I will help you build the extraordinary life and relationships you deserve, starting in your first session.

My Mission

I’m on a mission to revolutionize the way people approach life and love. I help couples break destructive patterns, build deep connection, and create relationships that are healthy, functional, and built to last. This isn’t just about making two people happy—it’s about generating ripple effects of peace, clarity, and fulfillment that touch everyone in their lives. My goal is to make intentional, transformative love the new standard, so thriving relationships become the foundation for families, communities, and generations to come.

My story

I was born in the San Fernando Valley back in 1982. Today, I’m a proud wife and a mom of two. We’ve lived in four different states, and we currently call Arizona home. I love exploring the world and have traveled to over a dozen countries. Along the way, I’ve learned that real connection is what matters most. I speak English, Farsi, and Armenian, and I use every conversation to create a meaningful impact.

A dedication to service and personal growth shapes both my life and my practice. Over the years, I have prioritized giving back through community volunteer work and meaningful non-profit initiatives. This commitment to sustainable growth also drives my personal discipline. For over 25 years, yoga has been my ultimate anchor. It has sharpened my focus, cultivated deep presence, and built a strong foundation of discipline. These are the exact same tools and values I bring to my clients every day.

Since 2010, I’ve helped high-achievers, executives, and couples gently dissolve old patterns. I help my clients find clarity and build extraordinary relationships that leave a beautiful ripple effect in their worlds. I work with a purpose and focus on real, lasting results. I’m here to help you rewrite the rules of your love life. I’m always ready to help you reach your next breakthrough. Let’s cut through the noise and create the life and love you truly deserve.

Stop waiting. Start winning. Own your life.

In your first session, you’ll get clarity, actionable strategies, and a roadmap to start transforming your life—no guesswork, no wasted time.
